Commercial Credit Administrator
WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
- $45,000 - $60,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Be a valued team member and work daily with our Commercial Lenders and loan customers.
- Cultivate relationships with customers while addressing challenges and providing solutions.
- Prepare loan documentation.
- Conduct UCC searches.
- Securing UCC and Mortgage releases.
- Obtain title certificates and certificates of good standing.
- Develop, organize, administer, and maintain loan files.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• 1-3 Years of Exposure to Commercial Lending
• Administrative Experience
• Strong Communication Skills
