Long standing client in Nebraska is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Commercial Drywall Project Estimator. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for commercial drywall projects, analyzing blueprints and specifications, conducting site visits, and collaborating with various team members to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects
- Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and other documentation
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all estimates
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Drywall Estimator
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and materials
- Proficiency in estimating software including OST/QuickBid ideally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
