$19.85-$23.85/hour DOE wage is negotiable for candidates with valuable education and/or experience.

What You’ll Do
Support all phases of commercial and construction loan processing, from application to closing.
Prepare and review loan documents, order title work and appraisals, and ensure accuracy before funding.
Track and follow up on outstanding documents to ensure files are complete and compliant.
Process draw requests, inspections, and post-closing documentation.
Communicate clearly and tactfully with members, brokers, appraisers, and other third parties.
Prepare management reports and serve as a backup to the Business Loan Officer when needed.
Maintain member confidentiality and ensure documentation meets policy and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are
You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy organizing information accurately.
You’re a team player who builds positive relationships with coworkers and members.
You communicate professionally—both in writing and in person.
You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure.
You have at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in lending, processing, or financial services.
You’re 18 or older, with a high school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred).
You’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute to Sentinel’s culture of trust and service.
