NAI Sioux Falls Property Management is seeking a friendly and professional Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional handyman and maintenance services for our expanding Commercial Property Management Division, which manages over 40+ properties.

A Commercial Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of commercial properties such as office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial facilities.
The requirements for this role typically include but are not limited to:
- Light carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Minor roof and exterior repairs
- Painting and flooring work
- Minor electrical work
- HVAC filter changes
- Minor landscaping duties
- General cleaning and trash clean up
- Chemical spraying
- General lawn maintenance
- Snow removal
- Compile, organize, and retain supporting documentation for Work Orders.
- Conduct weekly property inspections.
- Address urgent repair issues and document future maintenance needs.
- Meet with tenants to assess and document property needs.
- After hours emergency services/on call
Salary and Benefits:
