As a Commissions Analyst, you'll be responsible for processing, analyzing, and reconciling commission data to ensure accuracy and timely payment to agents/agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

We offer a market competitive base wage plus health insurance and ancillary benefits with a total compensation package value nearing $70k per year with fast growth potential.

Training will be trained virtually, but this is NOT a remote position.

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • Break-out monthly commission statements
  • Maintain financial analysis and quality control
  • Have agent/agency facing communications via email, phone, and in person at company events
  • Perform business to business communication in obtaining financials and data analysis
  • Excel file manipulation and formatting
  • Secure commission documents

Here's what you'll need:

  • College degree preferred
  • Data analysis/manipulation experience required
  • Microsoft Office/ Excel proficiency
  • Financial Analysis/deep dive proficiency understanding/comparing commission statements and schedules
  • Accustomed to strict deadlines
  • Independent work ethic and problem solving
  • Attention to agent/agency/carrier politics
  • Conflict resolution skills - people can get heated when it comes to money!
  • Website navigation to obtain statements, many carriers
  • Flexibility under pressure in the face of upcoming deadlines
  • Sharp attention to detail with a focus on upholding Graber & Associates standards
