HOURS: Onsite, 40 hours, Monday- Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

SALARY: $20.00- $23.00, Dependent on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state grant and contract requirements, including conducting internal audits, tracking reports, identifying and correcting errors or omissions, and assisting with training and education requirements. In addition, this position supports the Finance team by submitting assigned invoices, supporting documentation, reports, and reconciliations, as needed. This position also provides backup support to Finance staff, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field, plus 1–2 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Excel and database management.
  • Experience working with federal grants preferred.
  • Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
