Job Overview: Concrete Solutions Unlimited is seeking a skilled Concrete Equipment Operator to join our team in our newest Curb & Gutter division. The ideal candidate will have experience in Curb & Gutter machine operation; however, we are willing to train on our new Wirtegen for the right candidate.
This position will be fully accountable to the operation, maintenance and continuous training of our Curb & Gutter machine as well as our Total Station. If you have experience in running other various types of concrete equipment, like a Ligchine laser screed, skid loaders, and track skid loaders with laser graders, this could be the growth opportunity that you’ve been looking for!
Pay: Starting at $28.00 per hour, based on experience.
Hours: A typical workday is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all operations, maintenance, cleaning, and storage of equipment.
Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper operation and safety.
Follow project specifications and instructions from the site supervisor.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordination with appropriate parties for larger repairs.
Adhere to all safety regulations, policies and PPE guidelines.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Assist with equipment deliveries to various jobsites
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of various concrete equipment and their operation.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license.

Working Conditions
- Work is primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor.
- Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required depending on project deadlines.
