Concrete Polishing and Epoxy Coatings Trainee
Design Crete Inc in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Concrete Polishing and Epoxy Coatings Trainee. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to learn and grow in the field of concrete polishing and epoxy coatings while gaining hands-on experience.
As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who will teach you proper operation of polishing equipment. You will learn how to properly prepare surfaces for epoxy application, and the application epoxy coatings, flake floors and industrial coatings.
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team environment. No prior experience with concrete polishing or epoxy coatings is required, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are a must.
In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of projects and materials. By the end of the training program, you will have a solid foundation in both polishing and coatings with opportunity to advance in the company.
