System Design Specialist - Concrete Specific
Location: Sioux Falls, SD + Travel
Pay: $100k/year (Uncapped earning)

What We’re Looking For: Passionately driven individuals who are eager to grow.

• Sales experience preferred (in-home sales is a huge plus)
• Background in construction, concrete, or home improvement is highly valued
• Comfortable inspecting problem areas (including crawlspaces when needed)
• Strong communicator with excellent listening and closing skills
• Highly self-motivated — you don’t wait, you go get it
• Coachable, competitive, and growth-minded
• Physically able to walk, climb, kneel, and navigate job sites
• Willing and excited to travel for extended periods during winter months
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools in the field
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated and disciplined — able to manage time, follow up on opportunities, and generate additional business when needed
