The Opportunity: Escape the Midwest Winter
During the colder months, you’ll have the opportunity to travel to warmer southern states to help homeowners with their concrete repair needs. While the snow piles up back home, you’ll be working in sunnier climates, expanding your experience, growing your income, and exploring new areas — all on the company’s dime.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified, company-provided leads — no cold calling grind
- Inspect concrete issues including driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, and more
- Design lifelong repair solutions tailored to each homeowner’s needs
- Build trust with homeowners and guide them confidently through the sales process
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up process using company CRM tools
- Generate additional opportunities through networking and self-generated business
- Travel to southern states during winter months for extended work opportunities

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for passionately driven individuals who are eager to grow personally and professionally.
- Sales experience (in-home sales is a major plus)
- Background in construction, concrete, or home improvement highly valued
- Strong communication, listening, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined with strong follow-through
- Competitive, coachable, and growth-minded
- Comfortable navigating job sites, including occasional crawlspaces
- Physically able to walk, climb, kneel, and inspect work areas
- Comfortable using CRM technology and mobile tools in the field
- Willing and excited to travel for extended periods during winter months
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
