What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Project Architect by preparing project specifications and construction documentation.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, RFIs, RFPs, field reports, change orders, and other project correspondence.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and bid lettings.
  • Review contractor payment applications, material testing reports, and construction submittals.
  • Advise owners on construction changes and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, participate in progress meetings, and document construction progress.
  • Provide construction administration services through substantial and final project completion.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Administration, or a related field, or equivalent commercial construction experience.
  • Five or more years of experience managing or supervising commercial construction projects.
  • Working knowledge of commercial building codes and construction best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • CSI CDT and/or CCCA certification is preferred but not required.
