We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Project Manager/Estimator. If you are seeking a career in constructuion where you are at the center of the action, then this is the job for you. We are involved at the very early stages of a project with the Light Gauge Framing going on in conjunction with the Steel Structure all the way to seeing the finish paint being applied to our finished product. Job Responsibilities include:
- Quantity survey & pricing
- Develop & maintain job estimate including contract status change orders
- Material purchase orders
- Jobsite meeting where project management input is necessary
- Achieving sales (revenue) objectives
- Billings
- Customer contract for bid/negociated projects
- Achieving project objectives of assigned projects
