Construction Superintendent

Mills Construction is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects in the Brookings area (within 75 miles). This is a hands-on role—you’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and help drive work forward on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction operations
- Lead field crews
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Enforce jobsite safety
- Work alongside crews when needed
Requirements:
- 6+ years of construction experience
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- Experience with commercial, wood, and steel construction
- Ability to read plans and manage jobsite operations
