We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time in Sioux Falls, SD — a sharp, strategic storyteller who knows how to craft content that connects across platforms and delivers results.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms and client accounts
- Write, edit, and proofread content that's on-brand, on-message, and built to perform
- Collaborate with our creative and digital teams to bring campaigns to life
- Oversee content planning and manage campaign execution from concept to completion
- Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize content strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to keep our work fresh and effective
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
• Proficiency in content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign execution
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across a variety of formats and voices
• Ability to develop content strategies backed by market research and data
• Experience with creative storytelling and multi-platform content creation
• Data analysis skills to evaluate performance and inform strategy
• A collaborative communicator who thrives in a team environment
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (a plus!)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
