As a Continuous Improvement Facilitator, you will lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives that enhance quality, delivery, and cost. You will partner with production, quality, materials, and engineering teams to eliminate waste, create flow, and sustain performance improvements across the shop floor.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead change on the floor: facilitate value stream mapping, kaizen events, 5S, and standard work to enhance quality, delivery, and cost
Coach and empower teams: guide associates and leaders in Lean tools like PDCA, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis
Analyze and improve: use data to identify bottlenecks, track key metrics (OEE, yield, takt, WIP), and recommend solutions that boost efficiency
Create sustainable systems: establish daily management boards, visual controls, and layered audits that keep improvements on track
Drive engagement: train, recognize, and inspire continuous improvement at every level
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2+ years of proven experience facilitating Lean or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing setting
- Hands-on success leading: Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, implementing standard work and visual management
- Strong analytical and communication skills—you’re equally comfortable crunching numbers and coaching people
- A collaborative, change-driven mindset with the confidence to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma tools or certification (Lean Bronze, Green Belt, etc.) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field a plus, not required
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role moves between the office and shop floor, standing, walking, and observing processes daily. PPE required in designated areas.

SCHEDULE & PAY
- Full-time, on-site.
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
- 8am – 5pm, Monday - Friday
