Role is open due to promotion within the company.
WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS:
- $125,000 - $145,000
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401k.
- First 6 months will train on site, then hybrid after that.
- Company has 300 Employees.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Manage a team of 4.
- Reports: to Corporate Controller.
- Position Overview: The Controller supports the Corporate Controller in overseeing accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, compliance with GAAP, and internal controls.
- Key Responsibilities: Manages daily accounting functions, assists with audits and legal filings, supports financial planning and analysis, and fosters a high-performance, collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA a plus.
• Previous Controller Experience.
• 8+ Years Finance Experience.
• Strong ERP & Excel Skills
• Manufacturing or Construction Experience – Preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, & organizational skills.
• Advanced Data Analysis Capabilities.
