What You’ll Do
You’ll own the entire accounting function—from daily details to big-picture strategy:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Ensure accurate, timely financial data and tax compliance
- Reconcile accounts, maintain inventory, and improve processes
- Act as both a hands-on doer and strategic thinker

What Success Looks Like
- First 90 days: Understand our systems, financials, and processes
- 6 months: Identify improvements and implement efficiencies
- 1 year: Fully own and optimize the accounting function
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related field)
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, G-Suite, Avalara
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
