Cook - Josiah's Coffeehouse and Cafe
Are you looking for a fun position at a thriving, busy downtown cafe? Josiah's Coffeehouse and Cafe is looking to hire a full-time cook.
Josiah's serves a complete coffee/espresso menu, scratch bakery line, and full breakfast and lunch service. As a member of our kitchen team, you will use Josiah's recipes and methods of food preparation. You will also meet company standards of quality, safety, cleanliness and hospitality in providing guests with the most satisfactory food possible. As a Cook, you will have competitive wages, flexible hours and and an excellent benefits package that includes health, vision & dental. Starting wages begin at $15-17/hour.
Qualifications:
You will need to be 18 years old, able to stand for long periods, work in a variety of environments, be expected to lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds, and work with hot and cold food items.
You must be able to understand and carry out instructions while working effectively with co-workers and managers to please our guests. Must be a team player and have excellent guest satisfaction skills. Experience preferred but we will provide training as necessary.
For full-time cooks we have a starting wage of $15-$17/hr plus health, vision, dental benefits.
