Full-Time (32 hours/week) | 4:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. shifts | Every other weekend rotation

Responsibilities
- Review food menus and work orders to determine type and quantities of food to be prepared and any therapeutic diets.
- Prepare and serve meals as specified in menus and recipes using Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines.
- Maintain stock of food, beverage items and supplies along with marking time and date for all food items.
- Assist in serving meals and clearing the dining area.
What You'll Bring
- Prior experience working in food service, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, recipes, and food preparation methods.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- ServSafe knowledge, is preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time and work in extreme hot and cold conditions.
- Must be able to work within standard policy and procedures and work with limited direct supervision.
- Must have the ability to handle a variety of tasks and functions and react calmly in emergency situations.
- Must work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
