We are currently seeking a Counseling Intern to join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the field of mental health counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients under the supervision of a licensed counselor
• Assist with developing treatment plans and goals for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies
• Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a Master's degree program in counseling or a related field - must be in the final year
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and theories
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
