Graham Automotive Group is looking for a Courtesy Driver to enhance the customers' positive service experience by driving them to or picking them up from their homes or offices while service is being performed on their vehicles. At Graham Automotive, we believe that our growth and success depend directly on the quality of our team and the quality relationships we build with customers. The right individual will have strong customer service skills be responsible to maintain our standards of excellence and the high-end service we offer our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired

• Keep a timely shuttle route
• Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles
• Communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
• Safely transport vehicles for customers

Your specific duties will include:

• Fuel and wash customers' vehicles, chase vehicles, and assist in service as needed

• Pick up and deliver loaner vehicles and rental vehicles

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

Specific qualifications for this role include:

• Time management skills

• Customer service skills
• Ability to read road signs, maps, and a GPS device
• Excellent oral communication with customers and fellow drivers
