We’re seeking a Credit Analyst to support our commercial and agricultural lending teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their credit career—or ready to take the next step—who wants hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth.


?? Pay & Incentives

  • $23.00/hour for candidates without direct credit analysis experience (training and mentorship provided)

  • $25.00 – $27.00/hour for candidates with relevant experience, DOE

  • Eligible for incentive and bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

  • Underwrite, with guidance, both complex and non-complex commercial and agricultural credit requests

  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data to support sound credit decisions

  • Draft detailed credit memorandums outlining risks, strengths, and mitigants

  • Present analysis and recommendations to credit administration

  • Participate in discussions around loan structure, pricing, and risk considerations

  • Partner closely with lenders and credit staff to verify information and ensure accuracy

  • Participate in member conversations, calls, and site visits as needed

  • Serve as a control point in the loan approval process, ensuring compliance with policy and covenants

  • Track covenant monitoring, borrowing base certificates, and financial reporting using the lending tickler system

  • Assist with audits, exams, stress testing, risk reviews, and special projects

  • Maintain working knowledge of commercial law, UCC, SBA/USDA programs, and applicable regulations

  • Support loan closings as needed

  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Deliver exceptional member service through accurate and timely analysis

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset

  • Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity

  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting lenders

  • Able to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow analysis

  • 1+ year of commercial or agricultural credit experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate

  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience preferred

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to grow within the credit field
