Job site team leader for seasonal work crews performing general maintenance work. Duties include, but are not limited to, buildings and grounds maintenance, cleaning restrooms and vault toilets, tree planting, small construction projects, weeding, mowing, weed whipping, and operating mowers, trucks, and tractors.
General Requirements:
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and work in a variety of weather conditions out of doors. Uniforms are provided and employees must comply with uniform dress code. Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working with the public, supervising crews, cleaning buildings, and using equipment that is involved with grounds and building maintenance.
