Job Description
In this customer-facing role, the Customer Service Representative is responsible to provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and via the Internet. In addition, this role performs in a sales capacity by entering customer orders and answering customer questions pertaining to products and invoicing. This position requires outstanding communication skills, true multi- tasking experience, a willingness and ability to learn all aspects of our business. $25 hourly starting wage and outstanding benefit package. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determine purpose of the call, and handle it accordingly.
- Ensure all orders are entered and processed correctly.
- Complete invoicing and oversee asset tracking system on a daily basis.
- Process credits according to company policies.
- Assist with in-store customers as needed.
- General Office duties as assigned.
