Position Summary
We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Sioux Falls. This role is split between two key areas: providing top-tier customer service and supporting daily warehouse operations. You’ll assist customers via phone, email, and chat—and also help pick, pack, and ship orders in the warehouse.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of desk work and active fulfillment tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (approx. 60%)
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with orders, returns, shipping updates, and product questions
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
• Work with operations to resolve order issues
• Learn and stay up to date on RackUp+Go products and services
Fulfillment Support (approx. 40%)
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
• Receive incoming stock and check for accuracy
• Assist with physical inventory counts

Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service or fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and warehouse systems
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Interest in outdoor gear, camping, or van life is a big plus
• Must be able to:
– Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
– Stand, bend, and move throughout the day
– Operate in a warehouse environment
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approximate hours)
• No nights or weekends
Work Location
- On-site at our Sioux Falls, SD office and warehouse
