Customer Service Representative
Department: Office
Position Location: In Office in Harrisburg, SD
Salary Range: $18-$20 DOE
Job Summary
We’re looking for a confident communicator with a passion for people. You'll work closely with leads and customers, supporting both our sales and production teams by creating a professional, high-touch experience from first contact to follow-up.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and social media to provide information, schedule estimates, and answer questions
- Maintain CRM records and document interactions, concerns, and project details
- Proactively nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Support sales and production teams with clear and timely updates
- Refer complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
- Other duties as assigned

- Operate standard office equipment

- Organized, with strong time management

- Customer Account Management
A plus if you have experience in:
- Google Suite
- Slack
- Pipedrive
Education & Experience
Previous customer service experience required
