Job Description
Boss Momma Boutique is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time customer service representative. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with our customers and contribute to various aspects of our business operations.
Your responsibilities would include providing excellent customer service, assisting with our craft classes, scheduling store events, managing our social media presence, taking product photos, overseeing inventory, listing products on our website, and organizing customer purchases.
While prior experience isn't necessary, any knowledge in crafting, printing, sublimation, vinyl, DTF, UV DTF, or embroidery would be a valuable asset.
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 10 am to 6 pm. Your days off would be Wednesday and Thursday. The hourly pay for this role is $12, and as a member of our team, you would also receive discounts on our store merchandise. Furthermore, there is the potential to earn bonuses based on sales performance.
