Job Description/Duties:
The Customer Service Representative will establish a good rapport with the customer in order to manage the workflow of the office. The individual responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting customers with installing telephone and/or Internet services, answering questions regarding service offerings, taking payments on customer accounts, assisting with verification of billing statements, processing equipment for customer installation, and entering information into the customer billing system to create and modify customer accounts.
Hours:
8:00-5:00 40 hours per week.
Pay:
This is an hourly paid position. Overtime is paid after working 40 hours in a work week at 1 ½ times pay. Pay is bi-weekly. Rate is $19.00-$22.00 based on experience.
Benefits:
Health Insurance – After 30 days of employment, you are eligible for health benefits. Ours includes coverage for the employee and all dependents. We offer two different choices for health coverage: a traditional PPO plan and a High Deductible Plan coupled with an HSA that is funded each month by the company at $350.
Opt-Out option for health care. If you are eligible to receive health care benefits from a spouse’s health insurance, you would receive a monthly income of $500. This income will be subject to income tax.
Life Insurance – After 6 months of work, an additional $100,000 Term Life Insurance Policy will be added.
Short Term/Long Term Disability Insurance
7 paid holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Vacation benefits (1 week, 11 PTO days, 16 Float hours)
401K/Profit sharing. After 6 months, you are eligible for 5% in matching contributions into a 401K. In addition, after a year, you are eligible for a Profit Sharing Contribution.
