Active Heating is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our company by answering incoming calls, assisting customers, and scheduling service appointments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience)
Location: In-person (Watertown, SD)
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Communicate clearly with technicians and office staff
Enter and update customer information in our system
Help keep the daily service schedule organized and running smoothly

Monday – Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years old
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
Comfortable working with computers and office software
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Enjoy helping people and solving problems
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Customer service or office experience is a plus
