Role Overview:
Responsible for receiving and documenting complete and accurate order information from customers in our Ready Mix division. Schedules all concrete orders to maximize service while minimizing non-productive time of equipment and personnel. Answers phone and answers customer questions and addresses concerns. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.
This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year round.
Minimum Qualifications:
As a successful Customer Service Representative you will have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
Typical hours are M-F 7am-5pm. Currently no Saturdays at this time but that could change with business need.
