Job Summary: Serves Account Executives, customers, and production personnel as the primary contact and source of information on jobs, communicating any problems or changes to all involved parties and monitoring progression of jobs through the system. Complete additonal administrative tasks as anserwing phones, greating walk in customers, and assisting with accounting needs.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
- Work with Director of Client Relations/Sales and Operations teams to provide accurate and timely service to the customer
- Establish rapport and develop relationships with customers
- Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services, and capabilities
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Help facilitate artwork proofing and structural design
- Review estimates and ensure pricing accuracy
- Help customers maintain their timeline by communicating with Scheduling and Shipping Departments
- Work with and Sales teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Greeting ‘walk in’ customers and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Answering the phone in a polite and friendly manner and directing the customer to the appropriate staff member.
- Other duties as assigned especially those that may be necessary to achieve company and departmental goals.
