As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and assistance with appliance and furniture rentals. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a knack for making customers smile, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Help service customers by renting product, collecting and servicing of accounts.
- Schedule and assist in in-home deliveries, set-up, and service calls.
- Assist in set-up and assembly of in-store merchandise for display.
- Assist in marketing efforts.
- Help keep store clean and orderly.
- Keep vehicle log and maintenance record for delivery vehicle.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
