Dental Assistant -Oral Surgery
River Ridge Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Center
River Ridge Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Center is seeking a motivated and dependable Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a team-oriented professional. We are a fast-paced clinic who takes pride in our excellent clinical care and creating a positive patient experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist oral surgeons during oral and facial procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment and review medical histories
- Monitor and recover patients following IV sedation
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and surgical instruments
- Take CBCT and Panorex images
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control standards
Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- High School Diploma
- Dental Assisting Degree
- DANB/DAANCE certification preferred
- Oral surgery or dental assisting experience preferred
Ideal Candidate

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
- Familiarity with dental software is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay: $25–$29 per hour (based on experience)
