Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Wermerson Orthodontics is looking for a career-minded individual to join our team as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. This is a full-time position, four days a week, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator will play an important role in guiding patients and families through their orthodontic journey. This position will primarily include meeting with new patients, discussing treatment recommendations and options, reviewing treatment costs and financial arrangements, and helping patients feel comfortable and confident as they begin treatment. The coordinator will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
This position will also assist our Front Desk team as needed with answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and taking care of our patients.
We are a busy and progressive orthodontic practice in Sioux Falls that has grown to the point of needing an additional team member.
