Requirements:
- Experience and Education: We're seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in diesel engine repair. If you've completed a trade school program related to diesel mechanics, that's a plus!
- Heavy-Duty Expertise: Specific knowledge of heavy-duty truck repairs in a commercial environment is essential. From maintenance to billing and inventory management, we want someone who can handle it all.
- Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with forklift and crane operations is a valuable asset. Versatility is key to success in our shop.
- CDL (Preferred): While not mandatory, having a CDL with a clean record (no DUI) is a definite advantage. It opens up opportunities for additional responsibilities and career advancement.
