Job Description
Make a Meaningful Impact—and Keep Growing
Paid media succeeds when strong strategy is paired with careful, dependable execution. As KeyMedia Solutions’ Digital Advertising Associate, you will help turn campaign plans into measurable results for our clients while supporting our experienced team. Your work will directly influence campaign quality, performance, reporting accuracy, and the experience we provide to the businesses and organizations that trust us.
This opportunity is designed for someone who already has one-to-two years hands-on Google Ads and Meta advertising experience and is ready for the next step. You will own defined parts of campaign execution, learn from experienced teammates, and gradually take on greater responsibility for optimization, performance, and budget management.
Working at KeyMedia Solutions
KMS is a collaborative, relationship-driven agency where integrity, accountability, and excellent work matter. We believe strong results come from thoughtful systems, clear communication, continuous learning, and teammates who follow through for one another.
We hold high standards while recognizing that sustainable success also means supporting people’s lives outside of work. You will join a team that values curiosity, honest communication, professional development, and steady growth—not ego.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with our team to execute and manage paid digital media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Build and update campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, and other platforms used by the agency.
- Understand each campaign’s objectives and constraints so execution remains aligned with client goals.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Upload and quality-check the campaign parameters.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance; identify potential problems or unusual results.
- Build and maintain client dashboards and verify the accuracy of campaign reporting.
- Draft preliminary campaign observations.
- Assist with UTM parameters, conversion events, pixels, tags, and other campaign measurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign setup, configurations, approvals, and changes.
- Follow established processes consistently, communicate status and risks promptly, and close the loop on assigned work.
- After gaining a sound understanding of KMS workflows, recommend practical improvements that strengthen accuracy or efficiency.
- Develop the knowledge and judgment needed to assume greater responsibility over time.
What Success Looks Like
- You deliver accurate, on-time work and consistently follow established quality-review procedures.
- You learn the purpose behind each campaign so your execution and recommendations stay aligned with client goals.
- You notice problems, investigate what may be happening, and communicate risks or questions before they become larger issues.
- You document your work, communicate status clearly, and close the loop with the people depending on you.
- You receive feedback openly, apply what you learn, and steadily earn greater trust and ownership.
- You contribute to a supportive team by sharing information, asking thoughtful questions, and helping the group succeed.
How We’ll Support Your Growth
You will work alongside an experienced digital advertising team, receive guidance on KeyMedia Solutions’ systems and standards, and have a clear opportunity to grow toward greater campaign ownership. As your skills and judgment develop, your responsibilities will grow with you.
A degree, certificate, completed training program, or equivalent professional experience is welcomed but not required. We place greater value on demonstrated learning, relevant hands-on experience, curiosity, and the ability to apply feedback.
The successful candidate will complete assigned platform training and certifications within the timelines established after hire. These may include Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, and The Trade Desk training relevant to the role. KeyMedia will provide direction and reasonable learning time for required certifications.
