We're seeking a digital specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and can confidently communicate with clients through email, phone, and support tickets.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily mailroom operations, ensuring timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail
- Respond to client questions and concerns across phone, email, and support systems with professionalism and clarity
- Process and scan digital mail with accuracy and speed
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and support smooth workflows
- Maintain strong attention to detail while working efficiently under deadlines
- Contribute to a collaborative team environmentwhere innovation and customer care are top priorities

- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using software tools for communication and workflow
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can problem-solve on the fly and adapt quickly to client needs

- Have experience in customer service or mailroom operations (preferred but not required)
