We're Hiring: Digital Media Specialist | Epicosity | Sioux Falls, SD
At Epicosity, we're a full-service growth partner helping clients in higher education, financial services, and cause marketing build strategies that create real, measurable impact. Our media team is growing — and we're looking for the person who's going to be the technical engine behind it all.
We need a Digital Media Specialist who owns their craft. Someone who doesn't just run campaigns — they engineer them. From paid search and paid social to programmatic, tracking, and analytics, you'll be the execution authority who ensures every dollar works harder and every data point means something.
What You'll Own:
Paid Media Campaign Management
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and beyond
- Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party data, platform audiences, and third-party segments
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad copy, headlines, and CTAs — and use performance data to sharpen them over time
- Manage budgets with precision, optimizing spend to hit client KPIs
- Run ongoing A/B testing, bid management, and creative rotation to continuously improve results
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance daily and surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Deliver regular performance reports with analysis, recommendations, and forward-looking strategy
- Track core metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and more
Paid Social
- Execute paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to drive lower-funnel conversions
- Stay current on algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and new formats
Strategy & Collaboration
- Partner with account teams on integrated media plans that connect paid tactics to bigger campaign goals
- Contribute to client presentations, strategy docs, and QBRs with data-backed insights
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to align paid and organic efforts
- Proactively bring emerging platform opportunities and beta features to the table
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with HubSpot marketing tools and CRM integration
• Strong analytical mindset — you can interpret complex data and make it mean something to any audience
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful, and personally accountable — you identify problems and solve them
• A genuine curiosity about the digital landscape and a drive to keep learning
