Job Description
In this role, you will help maintain an efficient and profitable dining room by ensuring that quality service is given to each and every guest. You will uphold our company standards and assit the Food & Beverage Director in day to day activities of restaurant operation.
A typical day would be spent:
- working in the dining room/bar with staff
- maintaining/monitoring all company FOH hiring/training
- supervise employees
- manage/control labor costs
- manage/control liquor, beer, and wine costs
