The right person for this job will maintain a clean, well-organized front of house operation by:
- ensuring every guest is getting stellar service
- being able to work, or assist with, all front of house positions
- booking reservations
- opening/closing down dining room - store
- daily deposits and reports
- creating an environment where employees are appreciated and supported
- understanding their co-workers and helping them succeed
- being patient and excelling in conflict resolution
- hourly position - PT/FT - closed Sunday's and most major holidays
