Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate dining room staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and restocking of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Assist with scheduling and payroll
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or dining establishment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
