Are you passionate about providing high quality early intervention and center-based services to children with autism?

We’re looking for a leader who is ready to pave the way in enhancing and expanding outpatient ABA services. As the Director of the program, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the growth and future development of our center and playing a vital role in supervising and mentoring all levels of behavior clinicians.

Job Requirements
• At least 5+ years leadership experience
• Early intervention and ABA center-based BCBA experience
• Master’s degree and BCBA certification required, BCBA-D preferred & eligible for licensure in the state of South Dakota
• Experience providing clinical quality oversight to programs and clinicians
• Working knowledge of managing an ABA therapy center to include monitoring service authorizations and billing.
• Knowledge of assessment to include VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, AFLS, EFL, and/or various other behavior-based assessments
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to communicate effectively to various levels of staff and build an effective team
• Skilled in program development and implementation
• Knowledge of best practice in clinic-based ABA services
