Director of Business Development

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Report to CEO.
- Drive new business opportunities by developing and maintaining relationships with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new projects through strategic networking, prospecting, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to develop competitive proposals, budgets, and client solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market activity, industry trends, and competitive opportunities to support continued business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and community organizations to strengthen market presence.
- Leverage proven sales experience and working knowledge of construction methods, project delivery, and estimating processes to support revenue growth.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• 5+ Years Sales Experience.
• Previous Experience in Construction, Engineering, Building Materials, or Related Industry-preferred.
• Strong Communication and Relationship Skills
• Proven Experience to develop new business.
