New 2026 opening for a director of construction for a regional commercial construction company based out of Sioux City!
This person should have a strong background in estimating and/or project managing large scale commercial projects and preferrably a degree in construction management.
The company has a strong footing within the region and is actively growing with a full project list!
Pay will include a strong base pay, bonus potential and full benefits. Yielding $150,000++
