THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Report to the VP of Operations.
- Lead companywide initiatives focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and performance improvement.
- Oversee manufacturing and quality functions to enhance efficiency, consistency, and product integrity.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align improvement programs with long-term business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability through coaching, training, and leadership engagement.
- Manage budgets, metrics, and cross-functional projects to ensure measurable, sustainable results.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
• Proven experience leading large-scale operational or process improvement initiatives within complex business environments.
• Strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or related disciplines with advanced analytical and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and engage teams at all organizational levels to drive lasting change.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on measurable results.
• Strategic thinker and hands-on leader who fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement culture.
