Director of Estimation / Sales
COMPANY PROFILE:
Our client is the go to company for many custom fabricated and designed steel projects. They have been offering quality services to a 4 state area for over 40 years. A well established and respected company, they provide customer services that is second to none and boast some of the most dedicated employees who are prepared to rise to any challenge that is presented. Due to a recent retirement, they are seeking a Director of Estimation / Sales professional.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Manage and oversee team members (5 Direct Reports).
- Analyze data, profit margin optimization, provide estimates and make recommendations.
- Review projects to ensure the projects align with the strategic plan.
- Continuous Improvement.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• 10+ Years Experience in an Estimating Department.
• Steel Fabricating Industry.
• MBA, Engineer, AISC – a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills.
