THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Lead firmwide technology vision, strategy, and execution across infrastructure, systems, and security.
- Oversee daily IT operations and directly manage the IT Systems Administrator.
- Build and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with business goals and client service needs.
- Direct procurement, deployment, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships for key platforms and tools.
- Establish and enforce technology policies and standards (cybersecurity, data protection, acceptable use).
- Own AI strategy and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Lead data analytics efforts to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
- Identify innovative ways to leverage industry-specific data to strengthen advisory services and business development.
- Partner with service line leaders to implement client-facing and internal technology solutions.
- Oversee cybersecurity, incident response, disaster recovery, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Drive risk management, security training, and continuous improvement through modernization and change leadership.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Demonstrated success building and executing technology strategy across infrastructure, security, analytics, and emerging tools.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance expectations, and data governance best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive change in a fast-moving setting.
• Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for business leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willing and able to travel between office locations as needed and meet standard pre-employment requirements.
