Director of Maintenance
COMPANY PROFILE:
This company has over 50 years rooted in their industry and have been a global leader in offering products and solutions for many other industries. They are now seeking to add a NEW ROLE, Director of Maintenance.
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU
- $140,000 - $160,000

- PTO (1 week can be carried over to the 1st quarter each year)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee maintenance department to ensure implementation of the processes of the facility in a safe manner.
- Be a valued member of the leadership team.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
• 5+ Years in a Maintenance General Foreman level or higher experience in the mining industry.
• 2+ Years Experience in managing maintenance budgets.
• 2+ Years Maintenance Management Experience.
• Strong safety record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
