THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

 

  • Responsible for all plant(s) production, maintenance and overall operations, while supervising individual Plant Manager an Project Managers.
  • Ensure all operations SOP’s, policies and procedures and applicable regulations are applied and maintained in a consistent manner.
  • Direct the research and development work that is done internally in all facets of the operations.
  • Ensure downtime is kept at a minimum through effective planning and supervision.
  • Supervise EHS operations to ensure all safety programs and rule and regulations are being enforced.
  • Work with all plants and arms of the operation to oversee budget preparation and implement cost control measures.
  • Focus on continuous improvement in all aspects of the operation.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• BS in Engineering, Science, Business or Related field.
• Graduate Degree – preferred
• 5+ Years Experience in a supervisory/ management role within a processing plant environment with an emphasis on process improvement capacity.
• Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Leadership Skills.
• Team Player.
• Effectively manage project and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing / chemical processing environment.
Candidates must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents of the US.
