Are you a proven leader in wean-to-market pig production who thrives on results, people development, and innovation? We are seeking a Director of Production Consulting to set strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver industry-leading results for farmers across millions of growing pigs.
In this role, you will:
Set direction and drive performance for Production Consulting and Market Selection teams
Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of consultants
Serve as a technical expert and trusted industry resource
Leverage data, technology, and KPIs to improve production outcomes
Champion continuous improvement, animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety
Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service results
Support business growth through sales leadership and service promotion
